I have a lot of leftover pollen and nectar stores from a lost hive this past winter.
I have frozen each frame and torched the supers. Is this safe to give to a new package of bees for this spring?

If there is no fermentation smell then yes, it is exactly what hives use for buildup pre first flows. I won't see first pollen coming in until about April 15th this year.
