I have some honey left from my fall harvest - if my bees need fondant at some point, couldn't I feed them back their own honey? If so, how would you give it to them? would drizzling a puddle on wax paper work, if you could make some 'sides' so that it doesn't drip all over them...? Also, would it be detrimental to them if you didn't have enough honey to give them throughout and had to switch to fondant at some point? Anyone ever do this?
