There is a fairly new beekeepers group for people in the upper valley on both sides of the CT River. The Connecticut River Valley Beekeepers group meets the second Thursday of each month, from 7-9 PM, at the Grafton County Extension office on Rt 10 in North Haverill, NH. The next meeting is this Thursday, April 9.

The group is still getting organized, however we already have had some interesting speakers, field trips, and topics of conversation. New members are welcome and encouraged. If you live in the area from Wells River to Fairlee and surrounding towns, this group may work for you. Please feel free to share this info with anyone who might be interested.

Hi Gwen - if you give me your email address, I could put you on our mailing list for any field trips this summer. Last year we visited Troy Hall Apiary in Plainfield NH, and Artisano meadery in Groton, VT.

Hello, I am not in the area, I am in the NEK, but would be interested in hearing about field trips, etc and could perhaps make a "field trip" to the field trip. I am new to beekeeping this year. Thanks. Gwen
