I was given a copy of Better Queens by Jay Smith for Christmas. When I asked for it I did not know it was written in 1949. Good advice on rearing Queens but perhaps there are new and different techniques. Anyway, I thought it whimsical that he made this statement, " I learned that should I ask a dozen men a question I might get a dozen different answers, while if I asked the bee a question I got just one answer, and that the correct one". Something to think about...!!!! Come on Spring.... Peter.
