Hello all. I opened a couple of hives yesterday. One seemed real strong and the other somewhat weak. To my suprise the weak hive was "honey bound". The queen was beautiful, long and fat, but she had very little comb to lay eggs in. Obviously I rectified that situation real quick. Thought I would share this as another thing to look for on early inspections. Always something to learn !!!
