You never know where or when you are going to have to opportunity to collect a swarm.
I keep 2 cardboard nucs, a smoker, a brush and a bee suit in my vehicle, "just in case". I also walk around with a queen cage in my pocket, but I'm weird like that.

There are so many variables involved in catching a swarm of bees .Whether you are setting up bait hives or taking a swarm from a bush someone told you about. I have seen many good videos on YouTube that show you how to catch a swarm and will direct you to the information you want. Good Luck and have fun. Wayne
